Very tasty food and great boss! For us the best Indian restaurant in Munich. Highly recommended for holidays like Christmas. Great lunch specials too.

Just outstanding. Service is always super friendly and courteous. There is a huge selection of dishes and drinks that are always excellent. There is nothing wrong with it !!

Delicious food, no preservative flavor at all like in any Indian "fast food". Great choice. Friendly staff. The decor of the place leaves a little to be desired, little light, but you have to focus on the food. I advise.

We have always been very satisfied. Good variety of dishes. Questions about the food are answered helpful by the boss. Our daughter loved the mango cream. The service is nice and attentive

Its a pakistani retaurnt. There is an indian restaurant with same name. I intended to dine at the indian one but was mislead by the search results. The taste and quality is mediocre in the Pakistani Ganesha restaurant. When I visited the indian Ganesh restaurant I found it much much better in all respects..

Chicken didn’t cook, sauce tasted like nothing. Delivery via Lieferando very late (over 80 minutes) although the restaurant is only 10 minutes' walk, 4 minutes by car from us. * Subsequent addition * Restaurant replies to review that we would not have ordered from them. Therefore attached photo of order.

Best Indian in Munich. We happened to go to Ganesha last year and were immediately pleasantly surprised. The waitresses are super friendly and courteous, the food is just amazing. The boss is always there for a nice chat and makes the Indian cheese completely himself. We have been there very often now and it was outstanding every time.

Here is a current rating. When I called the restaurant today to ask for a vegetarian curry dish, I caught the most unfriendly and disrespectful person on earth over the phone. He didn't understand me and just wanted to know (in a very bored way) which number I wanted to order. I then repeated my question. His reaction was an apparently infinite interrelated jumble in Indian. The assumption is that I was most seriously insulted because there was no one else to hear with whom the man could have spoken or the voice has become quieter, such as when you take the receiver off the corner of your mouth to talk to someone else. Such employees are poison for the reputation of a service-oriented restaurant. Due to the circumstances, I will not be able to recommend the restaurant and will no longer consider it for visits or orders. Answer: Thank you for your response. Are you sure you have viewed the correct reviews? I think someone has to deal with this internet network a little better ;-) Judging by your protection claim, it doesn't seem particularly important to you what customers think of you. I am sure that I called you. Of course that would explain this employee. I also wish you a nice weekend.

It's a good restaurant. Staff were friendly. Will recommend after an exhaustive day.

Pretty tasty food with the butter chicken being quite good but missing a little of the zing I was hoping for. Naan bread had all the garlic i wanted but was a little too thick for me. Hospitality is awesome and they have Kingfisher (Indian) beer.

You can sit inside and outside. Food and service are very good.

For me Ganesha is the best Indian cuisine i tried in Munich. Rich in taste and mildly spiced, the different veggie dishes have their own unique tastes which is a plus to other restaus. I love to dip the papadam in the tikka sauce😊 and everything they offer feels like home cooking. Not to mention the service and the friendly staff

Great food, me and my wife Karen order from there every week. We have tried other Indian restaurants in the area, and Ganesha has been our favorite by far. Service is fast and the food is always very tasty.

The parking area in and around the restaurant. Restrooms : Well maintained restaurant. Food : Good food. Not amazing but good food. Mostly has North Indian food. Hospitality : 4/5

Unbelievable how some give 1 star here! Above all, no reason why. Ganesha is one of the best Indians in the city! Authentic delicious Indian food at a fair price.

Had dinner there tonight. Took forever to order from inattentive staff - also took forever to get the bill at the end, even though the place was half full at best. 1 star if based purely on the service. The food wasn't great. I ordered the House Thali. They got the dishes I ordered wrong - twice. When I finally had all 3 dishes (Tandoori Chicken Masala, Lamb Jalfreezi and Bombay Alu), the sauce of each tasted the same for every dish. The only way I could tell them apart was because one had chicken, one had lamb and one had potato in it. Aside from that, food tasted OK, but was nothing special - apart from the naan, which was very good. The portion size was decent, but the price was too high for what was served up. There are a lot of other options in Munich for Indian food, so I won't be coming back here.
